Due to strong competitiveness based on quality, durability, and leadership in its field, the company's industrial sectors have expanded. A new project for the production of lead-acid starter batteries is launching. Construction of a new battery plant is starting in Kostiantynivka, with the use of exclusively imported equipment.

Within just 2 years, a factory for the production of lead-acid starter batteries has been put into operation. The company has created over 350 new jobs, accumulated valuable experience, and engaged leading specialists to conduct training for employees and enhance their qualifications.

"Megatex" continues the development and successfully launches a modern automated line for the recycling of used lead-acid batteries in the city of Kostiantynivka. This line fully ensures the comprehensive utilization of all components of the recycled batteries for internal purposes.

Another expansion of the enterprise is taking place as part of the program to create a full cycle of production of lead-acid starter batteries. A new shop is opened with modern imported injection molding machines for the production of cases and covers of original design.The project for the construction of a new workshop for the production of lead-acid starter batteries in the city of Starokostyantiniv, Khmelnytskyi region, is starting.

On April 28, the city of Kostiantynivka fell under the occupation of armed terrorist units consisting of Russian mercenaries. On July 5, the city was liberated from Russian occupation by the forces of the National Guard of Ukraine and military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The enterprise continues its operation in normal mode.

Thanks to the improvement in product quality, "MEGATEX" company is conducting a redesign of its leading brand "A-mega." This year also sets a record for the quantity of products sold.

The project to construct three multi-apartment residential buildings for current and future employees of the enterprise is launching in the city of Starokostiantyniv. "MEGATEX" continues its operations amidst full-scale war.

Thanks to years of hard work and high-quality products, "MEGATEX" company has obtained the international quality certificate IATF 16949:2016, which opens doors to supplying products to automotive manufacturers. Simultaneously, the production of "START-STOP" batteries is launched for cars with automatic engine shut-off and restart, as well as for vehicles with high energy consumption.

On February 24, it became a true tragedy for the entire Ukrainian nation. The widespread Russian military aggression forces not only millions of Ukrainian families to relocate but also our company. "MEGATEX" is spending approximately ₴20,000,000 on transporting the majority of its valuable equipment and relocating its employees from the city of Kostiantynivka to the city of Starokostiantyniv. Additionally, the company provides accommodation for its workers in its own modern dormitory. Despite the crisis situation, the company does not abandon its people under any circumstances.

The next stage of expansion for the enterprise involves the grand opening and launch of an entirely new factory in the city of Starokostiantyniv, Khmelnytskyi region. The company "MEGATEX" is increasing its overall staff by another 350 employees and is engaging its own highly qualified specialists to conduct training for the personnel of the new factory.
